Wow, this is sad:

A man in Cleveland, OH, is murdered over an argument over a cell phone. “I’m hoping my son is in heaven or wherever and I hope he’s doing good, looking down on us,” said murdered son’s father, Joseph Carter Sr.

Joseph Carter Sen. Is still in shock after, finding out his son was murdered because of an argument over a cell phone.

One day before, Joseph Carter Jr., birthday he was shot and killed, leaving behind a wife and two kids. Police say earlier this month, Carter found a cell phone that was left outside a store, after picking it up, he scanned through the contacts and was able to locate the owner.

Carter agreed to meet the owner of the cell phone and promised to return the phone, but when he arrived things did not quite go as planned.

“My son was like, you know, give me a couple of dollars you know,” Janice said.

Police say the owner of the phone became hostile, demanding Carter to hand over the phone. According to prosecutors, 33-year-old Edward Leisure pulled out a gun and fired two shots, hitting Carter in the chest.

“I found out he was trying to do right and trying to give back and everything and this is what it comes up to,” Joseph Carter, Sr. said.

A Cuyahoga county jury indicted the alleged shooter along with 21-year-old Eric Perry. Both men are charged with aggravated murder and that the suspects have been identified, Carter’s parents are hoping justice will prevail.

Do you think Joseph was wrong for asking the owner for money for the return of his phone???

Arguing is one thing, but why the hell did dude have to kill him??? People need to quit with all this random a$s violence.
