A Canadian university student who filmed white business students in blackface and chanting in mock Jamaican accents is filing a complaint with the Quebec Human Rights Commission about the incident.

The video shows Universite de Montreal’s business school dressed in the colors of the Jamaican flag with their skin painted black. The incident was described as a “stunt” organized by a student sports committee that claimed to be portraying three-time Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt. Anthony Morgan says he was passing by and stopped to record the students on his BlackBerry. He is a McGill University student of Jamaican descent.

The university has apologized. No punishments for the students have been announced.
