American Idol Judge and Legendary Rock Star Steven Tyler has fallen and bumped his head… literally! Currently on tour in South America, Steven suffered food poisoning and dehydration. While taking a shower, Steven passed out hitting the shower floor, which left him with a black eye, stitches in his face and a missing tooth. Some speculate that drug use may be the reason for the fall out…
