Just when we thought there was nothing more scandalous than being arrested in a Whataburger for prescription drugs SMH…
Tina Marie Arie, 44, and Howard Keith Windham, 30, were busted for possessing prescription pills at a Whataburger restaurant in Porter, Texas, on Nov. 7.
Apparently, getting cuffed and placed in the back of a county police cruiser for the ride back to the stationhouse was a sure-fire aphrodisiac, a police spokeswoman told the Daily News.
While en route to a booking station, the deputy who was at the wheel noticed the pair squirming around in the backseat. The deputy took a peek in the rearview mirror and couldn’t see Arie, the spokeswoman said.
The deputy asked them what was going on, and Arie said she had her head on Windham’s lap because she was tired, the spokeswoman said.
But fact was far more risqué than fiction.
The deputy then pulled over to check on Arie and found that the pair had gotten frisky, despite both having their hands cuffed behind their backs, the spokeswoman said. Windham’s pants were unfastened and Arie was pleasuring him, the spokeswoman said.
The deputy ordered them to stop the sexual contact — and then finished the drive to the jail, the spokeswoman said.
“I’m calling this the unauthorized conjugal visit,” said Jamie Nash, a spokeswoman for the Precinct 4 Deputy Constable in Montgomery County.
But the pair appears to have listened to the deputy’s order to cut it out. “Everything was tucked back in and his pants were fastened when they reached the jail,” Nash added.
And lucky for Arie and Windham, police didn’t slap them with additional charges for the lewd behavior because they were already facing felony charges for having the pills, Nash said.
Sounds like they got lucky… twice. SMH. Drugs are bad people!
