The renowned fashionista is looking to sell rather than buy and has put her stunning 740 Park Avenue co-op on the market. The landmark high-rise has housed some of New York, New York’s most elite citizens over the years – a residential roster that has, at one time or another, included Jackie Kennedy Onassis, the Rockefeller and Vanderbilt clans, Ronald Lauder, Steve and Courtney Ross, Kent Swig and John Thain. Wang is asking $25 million for the luxe apartment, one of just 32 total in the massively elegant 19-story building.

Wang’s apartment, is exactly as one would expect of a world renowned designer: the entrance of the home opens to an elegant, marble-laden gallery and staircase, while a spacious living room, wood-lined library and dining room face to the south and enjoy views of the Manhattan Skyline. The property offers a total of four bedrooms, all residing on the second floor, and four-and-a-half baths, and also includes a bonus room and half-bath that could be used as a staff room.
