A lawyer for G-Unit’s Tony Yayo states there is a solid witness who “swears” he is not guilty for the March 20th assault of a 14 year-old kid. If you missed this back in March here is a recap:

Yayo, whose real name is Marvin Bernard, was charged in March with assault, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors. He was accused of hitting the teen, James Rosemond. The boy is the son of Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond, recording executive and manager of a Yayo rival rapper, The Game. The boy accused Yayo of hitting him with his hand, “causing (his) face to strike the door of a building,” which caused him “to have a headache, an earache, and caused substantial pain to (his) face.”

Okay, so having the witness is fine and dandy, but even if Yayo wasn’t the one who punched and slapped that little boy, it’s obvious that someone from the G-Unit camp did. SMH.
