Oikos University Shooter Planned Attack For Weeks
SMH @ a 43-year-old man plotting on folks for “teasing him.”
The expelled student who killed seven people during a shooting rampage at a small California college had planned the attack for weeks, targeting an administrator and students who had teased him, police said.
One L. Goh, 43, was unable to find the administrator, and vented his wrath on random students and a helpless secretary.
Cops said the only man slain in the Monday-morning attack at Oakland’s Oikos University was killed when Goh stole his car to escape.
Goh, who reloaded his .45 caliber pistol at least once, was charged with seven counts of murder, three counts of attempted murder, carjacking and kidnapping, authorities said.
