Did Young Money rapper Tyga go too far by invoking the name of slain Florida teen Trayvon Martin in an expletive laced verse?

Young Money Rapper Tyga Under Fire For Dropping Trayvon Martin’s Name On Song

Young Money rapper Tyga has been caught in the middle of a new scandal after making an insensitive reference to shot teenager Trayvon Martin on his new mixtape single ‘Designer.’

The Compton-raised emcee raps: “I got that gold thang/ Make these b*tches scream/ Make these p*$$ies pop/ Killin’ n****s for no reason – Trayvon,” on the boastful cut, taken from his next cut Well Done 3.

Fans took to Twitter to critictise the ‘Rack City’ star’s punchline immediately after the track debuted online, with one saying: “Oh hell no … Tyga did not just rap about Trayvon Martin”, while another added: “That Trayvon Martin line is a lil bit too early.”

We’re inclined to agree with the critics on this one. What do you think?
