Beyonce and Jay-Z are moving in to a posh townhouse in west London on the recommendation of their close pals.
The pair decided to rent the five-bedroom gaff because they were tired of pouring money down the drain on posh hotels.
New mom Beyonce tasked her entourage with finding a suitable home for her family.
And a deal was struck this week for a posh property near where X Factor boss Simon Cowell, Virgin chief Sir Richard Branson and director Michael Winner live.
A source said: “Both Jay-Z and Beyonce are going to be spending a lot of time in London over the next few months.
“Jay is over here for his Watch The Throne Tour and Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Beyonce will be launching her perfume in Europe over the summer.
“They wanted to have somewhere more homely now they are parents.”
Jay’s touring pal Kanye West, who is also heading over for the Watch The Throne tour, is at a different stage in his relationship.
The rap Zoolander has booked a floor of posh central London hotel The Lanesborough to impress Kim Kardashian during their stay in London.
The reality star has rearranged appearances so she can fly over with Kanye on a private jet this Tuesday.
He’ll then meet up with Jay-Z for rehearsals while Kim launches her Quick Trim slimming device and a new fragrance.
The last time Kanye stayed at The Lanesborough — just around the corner from Buckingham Palace — our Royal Family complained about the smell of cannabis wafting around.
It’s not like they don’t have the money to pour down the drain on hotels, but we guess it does make sense to buy a place since they have the baby to think about and their besties Chris and Gwyn live in the same hood.
