Gwyneth Paltrow To Help Relaunch Beyonce’s Acting Career

Beyonce Knowles wants to return to acting and has reportedly called her friend Gwyneth Paltrow for some advice. The 30-year-old singer, who recently had a baby daughter with rapper husband Jay-Z, is seeking advice from Paltrow to return to acting, reported Sun online. “Gwyneth is arranging a meeting and also has ideas about a mini-movie for an upcoming music video,” a source said.

She has told her godfather, Steven Spielberg, that the singer wants to move on from her gig as Foxxy Cleopatra in “Austin Powers: Goldmember”. Beyonce was last seen in 2009’s “Obsessed” and is set to lend her voice to animated film “Epic” and appear in “A Star is Born”, both releasing next year. It was recently reported that Beyonce and Jay-Z are planning to holiday in a mobile home with Chris Martin and his wife Paltrow.

The superstar couples have decided to take a low-key vacation with their kids after Jay-Z and Martin finish up their respective world tours and have chosen Florida as the perfect road trip destination.

“Gwyneth and Beyonce think the jaunt, going back to nature on a high-end Winnebago, will be the ideal getaway. It will be low-key but it’s just what they need and they’ll get to spend quality time together,” the source added.
