Katie Holmes And Daughter Move Out

Fueling rumors that she’d rented a NY apartment separate from the one she currently shares with soon-to-be ex-hubby Tom Cruise prior to filing for divorce in an effort to gain future full custody of their daughter Suri, Katie Holmes has officially moved herself and her daughter out and into new digs.

On the morning that Katie Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, the actress made another big decision. Holmes, 33, and daughter Suri, 6, were spotted on June 28 moving their bags from the New York City apartment they shared with Cruise to a new apartment elsewhere in the city.

The new digs are close to some of Katie and Suri’s favorite places, including a gymnastics studio where Suri takes classes. The 3-bedroom apartment rents for between $10,000 and $12,000 a month.

All this less than a week before Tom’s 50th birthday. Over the hill AND on the market can’t be a good combo.
