Miley Cyrus Gets Drastic Haircut While Planning Her Wedding
Former teen-queen gone wild and soon-to-be-newlywed Miley Cyrus wants her fans to know that she is not her hair.
On Sunday, Miley Cyrus revealed her adorably edgy new pixie cut on Twitter. But just before the 19-year-old said goodbye to her long locks, hairdresser Chris McMillan shared a shot of the moment before the big chop.
“Good bye bun. Stay tuned. @ NYC,” McMillan tweeted along with a photo of himself holding a pair of scissors up to Miley’s famed topknot. Goodbye, Miley’s long locks!
And while Miley’s new ‘do has gotten some mixed reactions, she’s absolutely loving it. “feeling so happy in my skin,” she tweeted Monday, along with a fresh pic of her short hair.
“my dad @billyraycyrus used to tell me ‘opinions are are like a** holes every body has one’ LOVE my hair,” she added. “feel so happy, pretty, and free.”
Looks like Miley pulled a Britney with this one. We wonder how her hubby-in-waiting feels about this new look.
