The era of the R&B duet has unfortunately come to an end for now, with only a few artists attempting to revive the wonderful world of R&B that ruled the music industry up until around the early 2000s.

Although Chris Brown’s feature on Brandy’s recently released comeback single “Put It Down” doesn’t quite fall into the R&B collabo category since Breezy was doing way more rapping than singing on the track, it did get us thinking about the good ole’ days of R&B collabos and duets that had us all singin in front of the mirror.
