Will’s still on top after more than two decades in the game….and we want to send him a Big shout out on his birthday. Help us celebrate while we count down our top five movies of Will’s that we’ve seen on the big screen.
We got to see a more emotional side of Will in The Pursuit of Happiness and it was the first peak we got into Jaden’s skills.
I Am Legend…this suspense-filled flick made us all realize how great of an actor Will is. He gets credit for carrying the majority of a film without anyone else but his dog by his side. The film was the seventh-highest grossing film of 2007, earning $256 million domestically and $329 million internationally, for a total of $585 million.
Ali…The film may have gotten mixed reviews but Will’s acting got him an Oscar and Golden Globe nomination, plus he won an NAACP Image Award in their Outstanding Actor category.
Enemy of the State…the spy-thriller has enough action and funny moments to make it on this list. This was another blockbuster for Will, grossing over $250,000,000 worldwide.
Bad Boys…Mike Lowry and Marcus Burnett kept us crackin’ up and made us (briefly) think about being detectives.
And we couldn’t post up about celebrating Will’s acting without a mention of The Fresh Prince…and one of our favorite episodes; when Will and Carlton get thrown in jail.
