The rumor mill was buzzing over the weekend with reports claiming that Rih-Rih and her Breezy Boo were in talks to bring their tainted love to live television as judges on X-Factor..

It was reported over the weekend that Simon Cowell was keen to recruit the ‘Diamonds’ star alongside her rumoured on/off beau Chris Brown. A source claimed to The Sun:

“Simon is a huge admirer of Rihanna and knows she’s star quality. As well as bringing an aura to the panel thanks to her current standing in music, she is also feisty and will make great TV. Simon loves these sort of characters.

“The US X Factor has improved on the first season’s ratings but it’s got some way to go to reach Simon’s expectations. Adding Chris to the panel will certainly create a talking point.”

But Team Breezy and the Rihanna Navy won’t be seeing this one come to life. A spokes person for Simon Cowell quickly shut the rumor down before it barely had time to breathe.

However, whilst there may be a space on the X Factor USA now that L.A. Reid has decided to quit the show, neither Rihanna or Chris will be taking his seat after a spokesperson for Simon Cowell insisted that he won’t be meeting up with the Bajan beauty as “this story is completely made up.”
