Cousins Shoot At Each Other Over Music After Funeral In Atlanta

One family tragedy followed another Tuesday, when shots were fired between two cousins arguing over music at a gathering that followed a funeral, according to police.

After a loved one’s funeral, friends and relatives were at a home on Mancha Street, off Old National Highway, when two cousins began arguing over the volume of music being played, Sgt. Scott McBride with Fulton County police told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

“The younger cousin shot the older cousin in the abdomen,” McBride said.

The victim, whose name was not released, was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital. His condition was not immediately known.

The shooter was in custody Tuesday afternoon, McBride said.

Really gentlemen? REALLY?!?! Our people have GOT to do better.
