Colorado Mother Has Sex With Son’s Friend And Asks Him To Pretend To Be 18

A Grand Junction mother is behind bars, accused of having sex with her son’s friend.

Officers arrested 36-year-old Wendy Crowell for having sex with a minor at least five times.

The affair started in June 2012, according to a Grand Junction Police arrest affidavit.

The victim’s mother — whose name is redacted from the affidavit– first reported the crime on June 18, 2012, because she had a gut feeling something was going on between her son and Crowell.

Crowell and the boy’s mother spent time with each other since their sons were friends, and the mother often left her son with Crowell while she searched for a job.

One night, when the victim was spending the night at the Crowells, Wendy seduced him. He told investigators that she said he should be 18 and asked if “he could pretend to be 18 for a night,” the affidavit reveals.

The boy said that they had sex five times in three weeks and that it was a consensual, mutual thing with no force involved.

Moral of the story: Parents, watch who you drop your kids off with, they might just get fawked.
