According to TMZ
Selena Gomez may smell good to Justin Bieber, but she’s downright foul when it comes to honoring her business obligations … this according to a new lawsuit.
Adrenalina Inc. claims it made a deal with Selena in which the company would develop fragrance products using her name. The company says it did tons of R&D, spending more than $2 million in marketing alone.
The company claims Selena and her agent concocted B.S. reasons to end the relationship, leaving Adrenalina without a spokesperson. Selena allegedly refused to show up for promotions and it screwed with the company.
Not only is Adrenalina suing for damages, it wants a court order preventing her from pulling out of the deal.
Time to give up some of that Disney money!
