Guess Which British Singer Just Sold Her $2 Million
She’s one of Simon Cowell’s biggest success stories, having been nominated for three Grammy’s and sold more than 20 million albums world wide. But this British singer had to slash the price of her luxury pad in the Hollywood Hills after it failed to sell for the original asking price of $2.5 million. She has finally sold the LA mansion for $2,073,500 nearly two years after putting it on the market, dropping the price by $400,000. Purchased under her father’s name, the house is situated in the Nichols Canyon estate in a private, gated enclave away from public view. Clearly splashing out at the height of her success, just as her second album Echo was released, the Collide singer forked out $1.85 million for the mansion. Described as a mini-estate, it sits on three-quarters of an acre and boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an all-white decor. Decked out to Leona’s tastes, the glitzy entrance hall houses a grand piano which sits beneath an enormous chandelier.
