Idaho Mom Faces 20 Years For Having Sex With 15-Year-Olds

A Kuna woman has been sentenced for performing sexual acts with a 15-year-old boy. Courtney Sue Reschke was arrested in December when police say she gave alcohol to several high school boys and had sexual contact with them.

On Thursday, a judge sentenced her to 20 years in prison. She will be eligible for parole after three years. She was originally charged with 11 felony counts of lewd conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16, and seven misdemeanor counts of dispensing alcohol to minors. She pleaded not guilty to all counts. In April, five of the lewd contact charges were dropped and she pleaded guilty to the other six counts. She entered Alford pleas to all seven counts of giving alcohol to minors, meaning she’s not pleading guilty, but admits there’s evidence that she did it.

Prosecutors say Reschke was drinking heavily at the time of the incident, and that all six of the lewd conduct charges involve sex with one 15-year old boy.
