Some Strong Black Matrimony-dom: Denzel & Pauletta Washington Cover EBONY… Is She Finally Addressing The Rumors That He Cheats?!?!

- By Bossip Staff

He’s no angel and she’s finally speaking up about it… We love black love, so we’ve struggled with rumors over the years that Denzel has done a lil doggish dirt, we’re glad to see him and his wife Pauletta on the cover of EBONY though addressing their long marriage…

Here are some details:

One of Hollywood’s longest running couples, Denzel and Pauletta Washington, is captured in a rare and timeless portrait on the cover of EBONY magazine’s August 2013 issue. Inside the magazine, the couple gives an intimate insight on their 30 year marriage, how they met and how Denzel courted Pauletta for six years.

When addressing what it’s like to be married to a Hollywood sex symbol, Pauletta responds:

“I live with this man. I see the down part. I see the sad part. I see every part. He has and knows he has that stability in me as his wife. That’s what gives him strength, regardless of if he misuses it. I can’t dwell on that. But I do know that gives him a great platform to go and fly.”

It sounds like she is fully aware of what’s going on when he’s not at home! Does she get props for that or do you think she sounds like a doormat?

Don’t know about y’all but we definitely want to read the whole feature after getting a taste.

On newsstands now… Will you be picking it up?

This month’s EBONY is also “The Black Wealth Issue” where readers will gain further insight on:

· Marriage and wealth

· How to think wealthy

· How to calculate your net worth

· Getting the most out of your home ownership

· Adding passive income streams to your wealth building strategy

· Advice from African American millionaires on wealth building

The issue also includes a special report on Chicago gun violence, which is the fourth installment of the “Saving Our Sons” series. In this installment, reporter Natalie Moore spent a long weekend in one of the most dangerous and violent neighborhoods in South Chicago, getting a firsthand view as to what it is like to stay alive in the area.
