Brooklyn Nets Head Coach Jason Kidd Suspended 2 Games After Guilty Plea

Jason Kidd’s head coaching career just caught a speed bump. The NBA announced today that the retired NBA point guard will have to sit out two games as head coach of the Brooklyn Nets after pleading guilty to drunk driving. Reports ESPN:

Kidd will miss the team’s regular-season opener on Oct. 30 in Cleveland, as well as its home-opener on Nov. 1 against Miami. Kidd will make his regular-season coaching debut Nov. 3 in Orlando…
