9-Year-Old Girl Donates Birthday Presents To ‘Toys For Tots’
The holidays are a season for giving and one little 9-year-old girl is living proof that even the youngest of hearts can do just that.

The young cousin of a Salem police officer embraced the true spirit of the holiday season Saturday when she donated all of her birthday presents to Toys for Tots.
When Nevaeh Parente, who will turn 10 on Dec. 23, started planning out her birthday party – she decided to do something a little special.
She asked that guests bring along toys to be donated to the needy, rather than buy her birthday presents.
Parente and her cousin, officer Derek White, can be seen above, posing next to her pile of donated gifts.
What a selfless gesture to make at such a young age. Good for her.
