Kandi Burruss Defends Mama Joyce And Says She Has Her Own Life

With all the drama going on with Kandi Burruss, Todd Tucker and Mama Joyce, many figured the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star’s mom didn’t have a man in her life to be so involved in her daughter’s personal life. But it turns out that Mama Joyce actually does have a love life of her own to worry about.

During her recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” Kandi says:

“She’s dating somebody right now. She is.”

Kandi didn’t give too many details on Mama Joyce’s love life, but it’s clear none of that has managed to keep her out of Kandi’s love life.

In related news, a new trailer for the upcoming episode of the hit reality show was just released, and in the clip Mama Joyce confronts Phaedra Parks and questions why she hooked Kandi up with Todd in the first place. Apparently she’s not happy Phaedra didn’t hook Kandi up with an attorney friend and someone a little more attractive like Apollo Nida.

Mama Joyce says:

“Why in the hell did you introduce them? Now I’ma be honest with you. With all these lawyers and everything else that you know, you gon’ introduce her to one of the workers?

“I personally would have never introduced my girlfriend to him. You don’t introduce folks to people because they’re cute.

“He’s little. He’s short. He got a big head. Kandi’s short. She got a big head.

“Two short people with big heads. You don’t introduce two short people with big heads. You didn’t get a little short man with no big head.”
