Mimi says she can relate to Tara’s side-wife struggle…

Mimi Faust Says She Feels Sorry For Tara Wallace

Like the rest of the viewers tuning in to this season of Love & Hip Hop New York, fellow VH1 reality star Mimi Faust agrees that dirty doggin’ cast new comer Peter Gunz is dead wrong for wifing up his sidechick while still “dating” his babymama/girlfriend of 13 years.

Of course, Mimi knows all too well what it’s like to be in Tara’s shoes since she just recently got out of them for good herself, with her baby’s father and former boyfriend of 8 years Stevie J marrying his mistress-turned-wifey earlier this year before offering both of them “partnership rings.”

Mimi had a quick chat with The Jasmine Brand about her thoughts on this season of LHHNY and even admitted that she can relate to Tara.

Check out a few interview excerpts below.

On Peter, Tara & Amina’s love triangle:
It’s insane. It’s very entertaining, I cannot lie. Every Monday, I’m like, ‘What the f**k are they about to do next?!’

On how their situation compares to hers:
Like really Peter, you’re gonna do that. I know it’s a little bit like my situation but that goes on everyday in every state. It’s not just me and him (Stevie), Peter doing what he’s doing. It is very entertaining, my heart goes out to Tara, I feel your pain.

Mimi also spoke about her upcoming book and revealed exactly what it will be about. Check that out on the flip…

On her new book:
It will be about dating a man in the industry. It will also have short stories from different women. It won’t be about just me, I will incorporate other people I know.

All stories of other women that have had similar experiences in their life too.

Hopefully Tara will take the road less traveled and move on from Peter and not let him drag things out like Stevie did with Mimi. Will you be checking for Mimi’s new book when it’s released?
