Vanity Fair Magazine Under Fire For Whitewashing Lupita Nyongo

Following her amazing performance in ’12 Years A Slave’ actress Lupita Nyong’o has graced the covers on some of the world’s largest magazines to feature as their cover star.

The stunner was recently featured in Vanity Fair Magazine for next month’s cover issue but the mag has come under attack for allegedly whitewashing Lupita’s skin color on various social media sites.

Many people have come to the defense of Vanity Fair, claiming the photos were merely retouched to add a “glow,” adding all editorial magazines Photoshop models and actresses no matter race or ethnicity.
