The New Yorker Does It Again

- By Bossip Staff

The same f*cktards who issued this piece of doo-doo cover, have decided to make another attempt. Although it may seem like another case of “Black people being too sensitive,” we’re not feelin this shyte either. Michelle Obama is a whole helluva lot more than a fashion icon, she’s fierce, classy and full of heart and crazy intellect. A word to the folks at the New Yorker, fall back – f*ckers.

I think it is ok, but I don’t want the New Yorker doing anything for the Obama’s! Cause behind the scenes they are calling us MONKEYS……….Bastards!!! So don’t do us now F’ing favors!!

  • Nih(Fellow Houstonian)

    sorry I meant NO Favors

  • kahmmillion

I guess I’m not black enough for this one…

    What am I missing here?

  • She 4 real

The New Yorker is trying to be real funny! I think when they talk about fashionista Michelle…they are trying to take away from her intelligence!

  • Sydney

This is a huge improvement over the “Militant Michelle” cover last year. Mrs. Obama has become quite the fashion icon.

I’ll have to pick up this issue.

  • told you so

I guess my only problem is that they’re emphasizing her “style” before her intelligence and philanthropic efforts. The cover is cool, but I am getting quite tired of her being portrayed as some runway model or some shit…

  • Kia

Sorry. I meant I love the cover. lol

  • fool of a tooke!

I actually don’t see anything wrong with this one. Atleast she is wearing sleeves for once…

  • kojo

thank god most of you are not smart enough to make an issue of this…
but l find it that, these guys sell their magazine on causing contorversy involving black americans.
obviously what this trying to say is what Michele is all about is cute dresses and posses…
it easy to dissect this if u’ve studied arts..

  • shavondenise

Are ya’ll going to elaborate on yall issue??? It looks like a Terry McMillan book as far the illustration of Black women.

  • Shawn08

Well, there is nothing wrong with the cover. They are hoping we complain about so they can prove their theory that blacks are too sensitive, and that we cry over the most stupid things…

So let’s not give them what they want! The cover is fine.

Nothing here to see…move along people

    Moving right along!

  • Hotstuff

Eventhough she is more than just a fashion icon…majority of the media outlets just focus on what she’s wearing…so in this case can you really blame them????
