Brockton Woman Charged For Helping Boyfriend Cover Up Her Son's Murder

This is extremely upsetting… A Brockton mother is being charged as an accessory to murder after an autopsy revealed her son was beaten to death by her boyfriend… and she helped him cover it up!!!

According to Boston Herald reports:

The boyfriend of a Brockton woman whose 4-year-old son initially appeared to have drowned in a hotel bathtub over the summer has been charged with beating the tot to death — and the child’s mother is accused of covering up for him.

Antonio Durham, 32, and Tania Merisca, 27, will be arraigned today in Brockton District Court in connection with the death of little Chauncey Cohen.

Durham and Merisca were arrested at separate addresses yesterday — Durham in Fall River and Merisca in Brockton, prosecutors said. State police assigned to Plymouth District Attorney Timothy Cruz’s office had been searching for Durham and Merisca since Wednesday, when they obtained warrants for their arrest.

The child was pronounced dead at Good Samaritan Hospital the night of June 2 after Merisca and Durham claimed they found him unresponsive in a bathtub at the Holiday Inn Express in Brockton, prosecutors said. An autopsy, however, revealed the boy was killed by blunt force trauma to the abdomen.

Durham is charged with murder and Merisca is accused of being an accessory after the fact of the commission of a felony.

Life jail is about to be pure hell for both of these people. Convicts have no mercy on child killers. Ladies, please be more selective about who you bring into your children’s lives. Put that baby first!!!
