Rumor has it that the Careys are looking to leave the vicious streets of New York and head for greener pastures in LA, where Mariah can focus on her acting:
IS Mariah Carey giving up on New York? A music industry insider said, “She and [husband] Nick Cannon are looking for houses in Santa Monica. They want to move to Los Angeles permanently. She wants to act more and she has to be on the West Coast to do that. And well, then, he’s got his . . . career. Whatever that is.” Carey just got rave reviews for her role in the indie flick, “Tennessee.” Her rep declined to comment.
You can’t be mad at that. Everyone has dreams and aspirations to reach their full Hollyweird potential, and we all know Mi Mi is no different.
