Toya Wright Denies Losing Home To Foreclosure

Toya Wright is shooting down rumors that she and her husband MeMpHiTz lost their home due to foreclosure.
MTO recently reported that the pair was kicked out of the $550,000 Atlanta home because the couple fell behind on mortgage payments. The website presented a screen grab of a foreclosure notice as evidence.
When Toya found out about rumors, she didn’t get terribly worked up over the reports. Instead she slyly denied on Twitter that word of her alleged foreclosure is true.
It turns out, however, that one of MeMpHiTz’s old homes is up for sale. He’s listed as the last owner of a residence in Fulton County that was bought in 2006.
The real estate agent associated with the property told TheYBF.com that the home had gone into pre-foreclosure because the owner defaulted on the mortgage. They then chose to put the house up for short sale, and it was noted that the owner no longer lives at the listed residence.
Someone has chosen to buy the home for $365,000 and the property is currently listed as “pending sale.” This means that the buyer and seller are working out the final details of a contract.
