Was this racism or a misunderstanding? Emani Richardson, daughter of “Love & Hip Hop” Atlanta stars Darryl “Lil’ Scrappy” Richardson and Erica Dixon, turned nine today. But instead of basking in the glow of her fabulous birthday party, which was scheduled to take place yesterday evening, she’s forced to remember how her big celebration came to a screeching halt.
