Draya Michele Reveals Fitness Secrets In Interview With RadarOnline

It might look easy but Draya’s put some work in.

In an interview with RadarOnline Draya spills the beans on her relationship and her slimmy trimmy bawwwwwdy:

Dating Orlando Scandrick of the Dallas Cowboys, Draya tells Radar what goes on behind the scene: “We’re pretty steamy,” she admits but they work out together to keep the flames going.

“I am naturally skinny but I stay on the treadmill in my house. I watch the clock for the ENTIRE 45 minutes like a hawk. But I work really hard, I’m up to an eight incline.”

As for her toned tummy, Draya says she does Manny Pacquaio’s 5-Minute ab workout and Orlando does it too.

Fresh off her Mexican vacation in Cancun, Draya told Radar that she makes sure to always look her best, for herself and for her man.

“I wear sun screen every day, 50 or more because I believe it is a fountain of youth. I love wearing my hair in a top knot or a bun because it is easy.”

Spotted in a sexy bikini while packing on the PDA with her football star boyfriend, Draya told Radar that she also rocks a “sexy one-piece with cut-outs that show off my cleavage.”

Eating healthy and drinking water are the way she nourishes her body, but Draya says that she’s not giving up alcohol in order to stay in shape.

“My ideal night out is dinner where you have a few drinks and then hit the club. The party starts at 8:30pm and goes to 3 am.”
