Blake Griffin’s $9 Million California Mansion
Los Angeles Clippers superstar Blake Griffin has scored major style points for his multimillion-dollar purchase in Pacific Palisades, CA.
The L.A. Times reports that Griffin recently spent $9 million on a custom-built “Cape Cod-inspired” property in the popular celebrity alcove found between Malibu and Santa Monica. The NBA All-Star’s new home court touts 9,100 square feet of living space spread across three floors, with a range of high-end amenities and luxuries befitting one of basketball’s brightest young stars.
The athlete’s home features a vaulted foyer and a stylish floating staircase, dark hardwood flooring and delicate coffered ceilings. In the amenities department, there’s a gourmet kitchen, a home theater with stadium seating, a gym and three fireplaces. The master bathroom –– one of six bedroom suites –– boasts a spa-like bath and walk-in closet.
Outdoors, the three-acre property is prime for entertaining. A saltwater pool comes complete with multi-colored LED lighting and wired surround sound, and an outdoor kitchen looks ripe for summer cookouts.
