This is just crazy. A former NYC Transit exec says he lost his job after complaining about being sexually harassed by his boss. His claims are some of the most extreme we’ve ever heard!!!

According to NY Daily News reports:

Ex-NYC Transit executive Hector Prowse, in a graphically detailed Manhattan lawsuit, said his supervisor self-pleasured in his presence, grabbed his buttocks and massaged his neck and back.

During one shocking May 2103 meeting, NYC Transit Manager Frederick Lynch began touching and talking to his privates, according to the court papers filed Wednesday.

“You should be hidden beneath my pants,” Lynch said as Prowse watched in disbelief. “This is your cave.”

Prowse, 71, of Queens, said the relentless sexual harassment by Lynch began Jan. 31, 2013, and continued until he was let go Dec. 20, 2013.

“He gave me no respect,” Prowse told the Daily News. “I am a family man. I have two sons. This embarrassed me. But I had to deal with it because I needed the job.”

According to the nine-page lawsuit, Lynch’s bizarre behavior escalated over the 11 months of unwanted attention.

Prowse said he was on the job just three days when summoned to Lynch’s officer to review a transit project.

During the meeting, Lynch sat with his zipper open and “began sliding his right hand on top of his pants in a jerking gesture and giving himself an erection,” the lawsuit charged.

Public records indicated that Lynch joined NYC Transit in 1993 and earns more than $100,000 a year. The mass transit agency said it wouldn’t comment on the lawsuit.

Yeah we bet they wouldn’t comment. This guy sounds like a nightmare.

There’s more though…

On more than a dozen occasions, Lynch allegedly invited Prowse on an all-expenses-paid vacation; shook his buttocks in front of Prowse; grabbed Prowse’s buttocks; and forced Prowse’s hand into his crotch.

Prowse later began screaming when Lynch came to his cubicle in November 2013 and began massaging and squeezing his neck, body and back.

“So you don’t like it?” the lawsuit quoted Lynch as asking.

“I have told you dozens of times … do not touch me, you’re the most indelicate person I had (sic) ever met in all my years at work!!” Prowse responded. “I do not need any massages from you!! When are you going to get it?”

One month later, Lynch called Prowse into his office — and things quickly turned even weirder.

“Mr. Lynch spun me around and grabbed his privates like he was touching himself,” Prowse charged in his lawsuit. “Mr. Lynch obviously had an erection and claimed this augmentation was like the Everest Mountains.”

Prowse’s attorney, Daniel Kaiser, claimed the agency conducted an internal investigation based on his client’s complaints — but it was not completed before the plaintiff’s departure.

Mount Everest though? Do you think they’ll settle?
