Another Brother Back in Court

Plaxico Burress is back in court for shooting himself a while ago:

The gun possession case against New York Giants star Plaxico Burress was adjourned this morning until June. Burress, who accidentally shot himself in the leg with an unlicensed gun at a Manhattan nightclub last year, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a felony carrying a minimum prison sentence of 3½ years upon conviction….…

Both sides agreed to adjourn the case until June 15 following a 10-minute hearing before Judge Michael Yazinsky. Burress’ bail was continued. Inside Manhattan Criminal Court, Assistant DA John Wolfstaetter told the judge that the prosecution was continuing its investigation. Asked by reporters afterward whether Burress would play for the Giants this year, Brafman said, “It’s not my decision. It’s the Giants’ decision and Plaxico’s decision. It’s not a legal decision, it’s a sports decision.” Brafman also said he had “no reached an agreement” with prosecutors. He said discussions were ongoing.

The Giants are going to get rid of him. Plax is a great reciever, but its the six inches between his ears that f*cks his stock up. It seems like him and T.O. are of the same ilk.
