Keepin’ it real with Dr. Phil
V. Stiviano Claims She Wore Visor To Hide Her Pain
V. Stiviano wears a visor to hide her pain.
“Nobody can really see what I felt and that’s why I wore the visor,” the 31-year-old told Dr. Phil in an interview airing Wednesday.
Stiviano appeared on the show to tell her side of the Donald Sterling saga, in which his racist comments to her were caught on tape, leading him to be banned from the NBA for life.
During the interview, the talk show host accused her of wearing the visor to get attention, citing the fact that she has donned it while wearing roller skates and Daisy Duke cutoffs, and that she has worn a color-coordinated welder’s mask to match her jacket.
“I live in Hollywood, I know how it works,” Dr. Phil told Stiviano. “I mean, you’re roller skating in a welder’s helmet in front of the paparazzi?”
Good point, doc.
“We all have different ways of coping,” she shot back. “You live in Hollywood…so you tell me, how should I have acted?
Sterling’s ex-girlfriend claimed that the goofy headwear was her way of “making light of the situation.”
“You tell me since you know how things work,” Stiviano said. “Should I have been crying? Should I have stayed at home?”
The sit-down comes as Stiviano is experiencing drama on the home front. Los Angeles police were called to investigate an apparent burglary attempt at her house Monday afternoon after receiving a non-emergency call to her residence, according to the local NBC news station. While broken glass was found at the entryway, an officer told the news station that there was no evidence that anyone had actually entered the home.
It is not known if Stiviano placed the call or if she was home at the time of the alleged break-in, but police are investigating the incident as an attempted burglary.
Well one thing is for sure, whoever broke into her crib certainly wasn’t lookin’ for self-respect, dignity, or intelligence because “Stiviano” hasn’t had any of those things in years.
