Man Pees On Man’s Lawn Then Shoots Him For Complaining

A Florida man caught urinating on a man’s lawn allegedly pulled a gun on the homeowner and shot him when he complained.

Giberto Martinez, 28, was taken into custody Thursday, nearly three months after police say he shot Jose Diaz Martinez multiple times outside his Miami home.

Martinez, who NBC Miami reports is not related to his alleged victim, is now facing an attempted second-degree murder charge for that March 9 shooting.

According to police, Martinez was confronted by the homeowner for urinating on the sidewalk and was told to stop and leave.

Instead an argument ensued and Martinez brandished a firearm and shot at the victim several times.

“The victim was struck and collapsed in front of his home,” police said in a release.

Martinez managed to get away, leading to an active search for the suspect.

He was being held on $50,000 bond on Friday.
