It seems as though the thuggery is deeply entrenched in Flesh-N-Bone, as he’s been arrested for gun possession:

Flesh-N-Bone, a rapper from the platinum-selling group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, was arrested in a suburb of Los Angeles, Calif. on Thursday (April 2) for gun possession.

According to local paper The Signal, the 35-year-old rapper (real name: Stanley Howse) was stopped for a routine traffic infraction at around 5:30 p.m. in Santa Clarita, Calif. on Thursday, when police discovered a gun in his car.

He was arrested and charged with gun and marijuana possession, and is currently being held on $35,000 bail, until going before a judge on Monday (April 6).

A rep for his group released this statement to us:

“At this time, all the facts have not been revealed publicly, however I can assure you 100% that Mr. Howse has not walked backwards! We live in a great American country where one is innocent until proven guilty.”

Flesh was released from prison in July 2008 after serving 7 1/2 years charges of assault with a deadly weapon and probation violation.

After his release, he reunited with his Bone Thugs-N-Harmony group members, and immediately headed into the studio to begin work on brand new music. The group then reunited onstage in December 2008, and announced that they were planning yet another group album, titled Uni 5.

“Bone Thugs-N-Harmony coming together for the Uni 5 album is a monumental movement for hip-hop and family life in general,” the group said to the audience. “It shows that any obstacle can be overcome, and unity, love, and harmony are the best remedies. Hence, Uni 5. The Bone legacy is here to stay.”

At press time, a release date for the highly anticipated album was unknown.

He’s 35 years old now and still thuggin’??? Still thuggin’?!?! It’s time to lay the guns down already, dawg. SMH
