Virginia Beach cop Solomon D. Simmons III will not charged for killing Pharrell Williams’ cousin Donovan Lynch earlier this year
The family of Donovan Lynch, Pharrell Williams’ cousin who was shot and killed by police earlier this year, has filed a federal lawsuit against the City of Virginia Beach and the officer who allegedly shot their son.
