Kenosha Unified School District released security footage of officer Shawn Guetschow kneeling on the neck of a 12-year-old girl after he broke up a fistfight. The girl's father plans to file a lawsuit and calls for criminal charges against Guetschow for the chokehold which was banned in Wisconsin after George Floyd.
