Kenneth Pilon was charged with federal hate crimes for terrorizing BLM supporters and businesses in Saginaw, Michigan with nooses and racist notes. The 61-year-old also allegedly harassed Starbucks employees with phone calls complaining about BLM shirts and threats to lynch Black people.
