Big Boi of OutKast for the past two years has been trying to put out his solo album titled “Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty”… Maybe Jive Records was thinking what we’re thinking… that title is TERRIBLE:

After continuous push-backs of his upcoming project, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty, Atlanta rapper Big Boi has decided to part ways with his old label Jive Records. THAT TITLE IS TOO FUNNY..DEF JAM IS NOW THE HOUSE FOR ANYONE AND ANYTHING…IF NOONE WANTS YOU, DEF JAM WILL GLADLY ACCEPT YOU..THEY DNT CARE AS LONG AS THEY CAN GET SOMETHING, THEY ARE ALL GOOD..SMH

Big Boi is definitely a true wordsmith. The imagery often *****ociated with his lyrics is Shakespearean to say the least. This cat is multidimensional and I simply love the dichotomy of his wordplay. Can’t wait for the album.

I was wondering what was the hold up with his album. That’s disappointing he’s going to Def Jam, it’s too crowded over there. He might as well had tried to make an independent label. Def Jam only seems to promote Rihanna and Mariah everybody else has to fend for themselves. That’s why I didn’t want Amerie signed there either. Anyway good luck to him.
