Nia Guzman’s attorney Carl Anthony Moore tells E! News that their daughter, Royalty, was with her famous father when the alleged felony assault incident took place at his Tarzana home.

The lawyer also explained that the 2-year-old was subsequently taken to school this morning and once news broke of the alleged incident, Guzman picked her up and ensured she was taken to a safe place.
