    I’m not really surprised I work at a bank and people complain and threaten to sue for everything possible. I never know if people are shady or just being crazy. I’ve come to the conclusion that there are a large number of people who are Bi-polar and just haven’t been diagnosed. What makes one customer happy will piss another off and imagine having to deal with that every day.
