Fresh out of prison, Jerome Smith was reportedly arrested after striking Tiera Bryant in the head with the gun. The victim is eight months pregnant, according to the Smoking Gun website. A mugshot from police in Cincinnati, Ohio, shows the 27-year-old with a heavily tattooed face.
