As if those tornadoes from a couple of weeks ago weren’t bad enough, the Mississippi river is rising every minute, threatening to damage property all along the south.
Thankfully, authorities have been sending the word out and even knocking on doors getting people in Memphis and the Mississippi Delta to evacuate. Of course, there are a few stubborn locals that want to stay, but the mayor of Memphis is confident that the city is prepared for the floods.
Still, nobody is quite sure what the extent of the flood damage is going to be. Millions are going to be lost, houses are going to be destroyed and we’re one step closer to the end of days. Maybe we should have listened to that Global Warming mumbo jumbo way back when?
