Would You Vote For Hillary Clinton In 2016

Voting for the 2012 Presidential election hasn’t even started yet, but there’s already been chit-chatter of which Democrat will run in 2016 and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is at the top of the list of prospects.

Many are skeptical that Hillary will even run in 2016 since she’s already been a first lady and served in the cabinet alongside President Obama, while others say she’d be a shoe in with President Obama (seemingly her only competition) out of the picture since the two ran such a close race during the 2008 primary elections.

Her husband, former President Bill Clinton had this to say in regards to his wife going for the gold in 2016:

In an interview that aired Sunday, the former president said his wife is “tired” and wants to “regroup” after 20 years in the White House as first lady, in the Senate, and in President Obama’s cabinet. He added that he had “no earthly idea” if she planned a return bid for the presidency.

Hillary herself said earlier this year that she is eager to step off the “the high wire of American politics.” But a recent poll showed enthusiasm for her to run for president in 2016, with 57 percent saying they would support her over potential Democratic rivals. With those numbers, anything short of an outright denial guarantees that Hillary won’t avoid the spotlight for at least four more years.
