Doesn’t he have more important things to be worried about?

Barack Obama may be busy campaigning in the presidential election but he still has time to make sure his friends are in order, revealing that he told Jay-Z to help Beyonce look after their precious Blue Ivy.

Barack says he can have a normal conversation with the couple despite their superstar status and him being the leader of the free world…

“They’re good people…Obviously they’re unbelievably successful, but they really are down-to-earth folks. And we talk about the same things I talk about with all my friends,” Barack told Colby Colb from Cleveland Z107.9.

“They just had a new baby. …I made sure that Jay-Z was helping Beyonce out and not leaving it all to mom and the mother-in-law,” he added.

As for which Jay-Z songs Obama has on his iPod, he admits not giving much spin to the seminal hit “99 Problems,” though he does have some earlier-era Hova stuff.

“You know, I gotta say I go with some other stuff like ‘My First Song,’ which just kinda keeps me steady,” he told the host. “It’s a great song. It reminds you that you always have to stay hungry.”

The President’s friendship with the power couple has been no secret with Bey and Jay hosting a fundraiser in New York last month for his campaign.

Good to know the POTUS can take time out talking: creating jobs, shrinking the deficit, cleaning the environment, rooting out terror to give tips to The Camel and Beyonka.
