Get a load of Beyonce’s newest L’Oreal ad showcasing a slightly more ‘true to life image’ than in the past. Not a bad shot for the over-rated, over-exposed pop starlet.

Her rat-dog, Munchie, is acting the f*ck up:

BEYONCE’s dog has been causing havoc at her label HQ.

Staff at Columbia Records in New York have had to effectively foster the shih tzu for the past six months.

And five-year-old Munchie, named America’s Most Eligible Pet by a US mag in 2005, has brought chaos to their once plush offices.

A source in the press department says: “Munchie has effectively taken up residency. Beyonce left it here towards the end of last summer and hasn’t returned to pick it up.”

What’s worse, according to website musictoob.com, the cosseted canine isn’t fully house-trained.

The source added: “Puddles of liquid are appearing all over the office.

“Staff are taking turns to take Munchie for walks and take it home on the evenings and weekends.

“Everyone realises that Beyonce has been incredibly busy recently recording and promoting her Sasha Fierce album. But the whole team will be glad when she eventually takes charge of the dog for herself again.”

“Munchie, you little mother-fu…”  Who has the number to Bad Newz Kennels?  Problem solved.

    She is overrated… She can sing very well but not much else. They are even casting her in movie roles… as if she can act!!!!! OVER-RATED! Not to mention the fact that young African American ladies are looking to her as a role model and her intelligence game leaves a lot to be desired — [she doesn't open her mouth about anything!

    Well, that is true, I will agree I’m bout sick and tired of the screaming. And she certainly holds on and wears out the last note to every verse…

    But Dangerously in Love was a fantastic album, and really did a great job showcasing her vocal ability. Have you heard it? I was impressed. But when I heard Ring the Alarm…and all the others afterwards, I was disappointed, to say the least.

    I have light skin like Beyonce. When I color my hair lighter for some reason my skin looks even lighter in pictures and it has a slight gold hue. When my hair is darker in some pictures my skin comes looks lighter but it has more of a pasty look.
    When Beyonce was on Tyra she was lighter than Tyra and Tyra is light. You always see picture of Beyonce on the boat or by a beach in the sun. When I am in the sun I can get a lot darker.
    Look at Alicia Keys we all know that she has light skin but in some pictures she can be more of a brown shade. Does she make them darken her pictures. I don’t think so. Face it people skin color can change due to many factors. When there are cameras and studio lighting involved and the subject has light skin to begin with use your brain haters.
    I am not a Beyonce fan but I do not dislike her either. I would not mind to live her life style.

Come on black folks, we all know somebody who looks just like Bey or lighter than she. What is the Big deal. And you cannot take away the girl talent; she can sing. But her latest efforts are hard to listen to. Let us embrace all of the shades of complexions we have. I am a brown skinned sister who uses Loreal products. Dye is Dye for hair. It doesn’t matter the texture of your hair. And you all know we can wear any shade of lipstick. Really, come on! Dorothy Dandridge wore red lipstick—was she a sell out! Damn, most black entertainers in the 50’s and 60’s wore red lipstick and wore it well. IT was the only color available to them. Stop the ignorance!

    If anything women with darker skin can get away with wearing red lipstick more than a woman with very pale white skin. I use Loreal make up sometimes but I like MAC better b/c it stays on longer.

    I dunno what kinda people yall are used to seeing in your city, but very few here in Bham look as pretty as Beyonce. And that is cool with me. Most people are not strikingly beautiful, if so, Hollywood would be overflowing. I think I’m pretty (way above average), but do I think I look better than Bey? Not really. I don’t have to. I’m trying to be a psychologist, not an entertainer. And my bf thinks I’m beautiful.

    I get what yall are saying. She is not superhuman, but I think yall are reaching to claim most of us “look as good or better.”

    I don’t know….something is off with B nowadays. I said it awhile ago, I really think this girl is coming unraveled. The mom and company can’t keep her protected forever. We know what happens when this girl is allowed to speak w/o a script….craziness! I’m over B, she needs to take a two-three year break and get back to basics. She said she wanted to retire from music when she’s thirty, which according to some estimates is within three years, she should just hold off for two years and give herself and the world a break. I still enjoy some of her music. No hating here!
