I was like NO, i wont be eatin at McDonalds again. They asked what i wanted them to do, i said fire her, train her, or get her off drive thru.

When i went back a couple weeks later and went inside to check and see if she still worked there, they said she didnt anymore. I dont know what that means, or if she was hidin in the back. but they answered me quick and they didnt know who i was so i guess they was tellin the truth. I dont know if she was fired or transferred. but i was glad she wasnt there anymore. my work was done.

Look, this is not stupid. 7 years ago a man was arrested by the police in NYC because he did not want to pay the tip for poor service. the tip was automatically added to his check because he had a party of 5 at his table. He did tip one waitress who was very good. The restaurant called the cops and arrested him for theft of services. He sued and won; a tip is not mandatory.
They took her money under false pretenses, they should have told her they were out and she wanted her money back. They were forcing her to eat the brand, not just the McNuggets.
